Graphics--Weeks 7 and 8
For these weeks, plan an event and your part
in the production is the public relations information.
YOu will want to put together a set of means
to present this program.
First--come up with an idea for an event.
Take into account how many people you can expect for such an event and how much
you will be spending to bring them here as opposed to how much you hope to earn.
Create the following items:
- Create a large poster that would catch
the eye of a person who walks by the poster. The poster needs to have
the following items--a large graphic of the event to catch our eye, date,
time, location, where to get tickets and who is sponsoring the event.

- create a table tent which can be placed
on tables in restaurants to remind diners that the event is coming.

- create an advertisement for the
newspaper--this should fit the "budget" for the event. Call this

- create a ticket for the event which is
specific for the day, time, cost and seats for the event. Call this

- create a program for the event.
you'll want to do the cover for the booklet and at least one page of the
interior of the booklet. Call this

- New---create
a billboard which will advertise your event. Assume the billboard will
be horizontal and at least 10 by 20 feet in size. Call this
billboard
- Create a t-shirt design for this "event".
This t-shirt will not be printed so make it with a front and back and
anything you want. Call this

- Create an animated banner
advertisement which can be inserted into a web page. Make the ad 8
inches wide by 3 inches tall. Call this
